Tracy Wong HARRIS

Tracy Wong Harris is a globally recognized leader in sustainable finance, currently serving as Private Capital Mobilisation Strategy Advisor at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and Executive Vice President of the Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA). With over 20 years of experience across investment and commercial banking, Tracy has held senior roles at Standard Chartered, JPMorgan, Mizuho, Barclays, and BNP Paribas in London and Hong Kong.

At AIIB, she leads strategy to mobilise private capital for sustainable infrastructure, aligning global best practices with the Bank’s non-sovereign financing goals. At HKGFA, she drives policy advocacy and market development to position Hong Kong as a leading green finance hub.

Tracy is a passionate advocate for climate action, ESG innovation, and inclusive finance. She has authored influential thought leadership reports, spearheaded award-winning product launches, and advised governments and regulators on sustainable finance policy. Her board and advisory roles span climate, charity, and inclusion initiatives, including the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council and Civic Exchange.

She holds degrees in International Finance and Capital Markets from the UK, completed the Social Finance Executive Programme at Oxford Saïd Business School, and is certified by the Hong Kong Institution of Bankers in Green and Sustainable Finance.
